How to maintain the hydraulic hammer

1、 Daily maintenance

1. The vibration hammer shall be kept clean, and the oil, dust, rust and water stains on the hammer body and power station shall be cleaned after each shift.

2. All fasteners should be checked regularly to keep the connection firm and reliable.

3. All lubricating points shall be lubricated according to the lubrication requirements.

4. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be kept at normal level and the oil temperature should be kept normal. Always check the cleanliness of the oil and place it for contamination.

5. Always check whether there is water in the hydraulic oil tank. If the oil emulsion is caused by water inflow, the water shall be removed immediately or the hydraulic oil shall be replaced.

6. Always check whether the instruments are stable and ready for normal operation, otherwise they should be repaired or replaced.

7. Check whether there is oil leakage in the oil system and deal with it in time.

8. Check whether the liquid level of diesel tank, oil tank and cooling water tank is normal. If the liquid level is too low, please supplement it in time.

2、 Regular maintenance

Regularly clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil. During the running in period, the hydraulic oil should be changed once, the second time after three months, and the third time in September. The replacement time in the future depends on the situation.
