Foundation pile hammer is a kind of construction machinery that drives piles into geological structure. It is composed of a pile hammer and a pile frame (some of which have no pile frame and are rich in supports). The pile hammer moves up and down along the pile frame (or guide rod) to impact the pile top and make the pile move down.
The foundation pile hammer uses its high frequency vibration to vibrate the pile body with high instantaneous speed, and sends the vertical vibration caused by mechanical equipment to the pile body, which causes the sand structure around the pile to change greatly due to vibration and reduce the compressive strength. So, what are the processes and methods of pile driving with foundation hammer?
1. The distance between the workplace and the ring transformer or the trunk line of power supply system should be within 150m.
2. The volume of switching power supply and the cross section of transmission line shall meet the requirements of the original manufacturer's manual. When the rated current of the motor varies from - 5% to + 10%, the power can continue to operate. When the motor exceeds the limit, the load shall be manipulated.
3. The hydraulic cabinet and electrical equipment box should be placed in the safe and flat area. Electrical equipment box and motor must be installed with grounding protection equipment.
4. Before the long-term shutdown and re application, the insulation layer value of the motor should be measured, which should not be lower than 0.6m Ω, and the on-off test of copper core cable should be carried out. The vulcanized rubber layer of cable business outsourcing shall be in good condition.
5. Check and make sure that all components in the electrical equipment box are in good condition, and the contact points of AC contactor are not burnt.
6. Before working, check the tightness of vibration pile hammer damper and connecting anchor bolt, and do not start when the anchor bolt is loose and lack of parts.
7. Check and confirm that the grease level in the vibration box is within the required range. When turning the rubber wheel by hand, there should be no noise in the vibration box.
8. Check the tightness of the adhesive tape of each transmission system, and adjust it when it is too loose or too tight. There is no need to damage the tape cover.
9. The tightening anchor bolt at the joint of lathe fixture and vibrator shall not be loose. The protective cover of connector at the root of hydraulic cylinder shall be complete.
10. Check the tooth profile of the clamping piece. When the damage of tooth profile exceeds 4mm, it should be replaced or repaired by surfacing welding. Before application, a 10-15mm thick steel plate should be placed in the middle of the clamping plate for test clamping. There should be no leakage in the hydraulic cylinder during the test clamp, and the working pressure of the system software should be normal. It is not allowed to test clamp when there is no thick steel plate in the middle of the clamping plate.
12. The lifting hook of the lifting equipment for suspension vibration pile hammer must be equipped with anti loosening protector. The earrings of suspension steel frame structure of vibrating pile hammer should be refitted with commercial insurance galvanized steel wire rope.
12. The starting current and working voltage should be monitored when starting the vibrating pile hammer, and the time of starting repeatedly should not exceed 10s. When it is difficult to start, the cause should be found out and the fault should be detected
